Triumph Day at Fowlers.
For the second year running Fowlers held their Triumph day. An event designed to help them sell more machines. As long as these machines have Triumph on the tank that's fine by me. A nice gesture is that they invited us to come along and have a spot under a gazeebo they would provide to advertise the club. As i was working Mike, Max and Neal arrived bright and early to set up only to be told that we needed our own gazeebo after all. Dammit, not a good start to the day. On his way home to pick up some cover for what was turning into a VERY hot day Mike called me to find out where the club banners were. Oh god! They are in my cellar. After a suitable period of groveling from me it was agreed that I would bring them down as soon as I could. When I did arrive Ant. Ian and Paul were lending a hand answering questions from prospective new members. Overall it was a good day meeting many people and chatting all things bike. Oh and the pork rolls on offer inside the shop were worth the trip into town all on their own.
